Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FrontLabs website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of your company. By using the Service, you confirm that your company operates in compliance with these Terms, including our Prohibited Industries clause.
2. Prohibited Industries
FrontLabs is committed to operating in an ethical and compliant manner. We do not provide services to businesses whose core activities involve any of the following:
• Interest-based financial institutions (conventional banks, lenders, or credit services)
• Conventional insurance companies
• Gambling, casinos, betting, or lottery operations
• Alcohol production, distribution, or sales
• Pornography, prostitution, or adult entertainment
• Tobacco and vaping product production or sales
• Pork (swine) production, distribution, or sales
• Weapons manufacturing, arms dealing, or illegal arms sales
• Recreational drugs, marijuana (for non-medicinal use), or any unlawful substances
• Astrology, occult practices, fortune-telling, or superstition-based services
• Payday loans, predatory lending, multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes, or pyramid schemes
• Adult dating or hookup services
• Entertainment, media, or events primarily promoting immorality or unethical content
• Hate groups, cults, and similar organizations
We also reserve the right to refuse service to any company engaged in activities that are illegal, unethical, harmful, or otherwise non-compliant with our ethical standards.
If we discover that your business falls into a prohibited category, we may immediately terminate your account and refuse further service without refund.
3. Accounts
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
• FrontLabs offers self-serve subscription plans and enterprise plans, as detailed on our website.
• All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as stated below or as required by law.
• Refunds: If you cancel your monthly subscription and you have not yet used more than 50% of the plan’s allotted usage for that billing cycle, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of the subscription. No refunds will be issued if over 50% of the usage has been consumed.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or prohibited purpose.
• Misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent usage or billing limits.
6. Privacy & Data Use
FrontLabs respects your privacy and will not sell, share, or use your data for purposes unrelated to providing the Service, except as required by law. By using the Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
7. User Content & Intellectual Property
• Any contact lists, data, or content you upload to FrontLabs remain your property.
• FrontLabs will not access or use this data except to provide the Service or if required to do so by law.
• FrontLabs retains ownership of all intellectual property related to the Service, including software, trademarks, and content. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account:
If you violate these Terms (including the Prohibited Industries clause).
If required by law or regulatory authorities.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FrontLabs, its officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your:
• Use or misuse of the Service.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Violation of any applicable law or regulation.
10. Liability Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrontLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
